Realtor.com compiled a list of the top 10 markets for first-time buyers to purchase residential property in and based it on median listing price, inventory, unemployment rate, and age of inventory:

  9. Raleigh-Durham Chapel Hill, NC
  10. Phoenix-Mesa, AZ
