Listing Brokers can register on BidSelect® and become a member of the BidSelect Network. This is a unique opportunity for you to provide detailed information about yourself and your brokerage. Listing Broker information is made available to Asset Management companies, lenders and other clients utilizing BidSelect to broaden marketing exposure and manage offers electronically for their inventory of properties. These companies have the opportunity to review your information and consider you as a Listing Broker for their property listings.
The BidSelect Network is a paid membership and provides Listing Brokers with additional benefits to receive buyer referrals and broaden exposure for their own listings through automated marketing to our registered network of buyers and selling agents. Additionally, Listing Brokers and their agents can leverage offer management technology to expedite sales. BidSelect has the ability to support offer management for all of your listings, including government and bank foreclosures. BidSelect Network members can also enable a personal profile that is optimized for maximum exposure to search engines. Prospective buyers who view your agent profile learn more about you and the services you provide. Buyers can view details about your personal listings, as well as those in your coverage area(s).
