All offers for properties managed by our company must be submitted by a licensed real estate professional from the state in which the property is located.  Only electronic offers are accepted. To submit an electronic offer on a HUD-owned (Government-Owned) property in our portfolio of homes, the bid must come from a real estate professional currently registered with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). To submit a bid on a Bank-Owned property, the bid must come from a real estate professional that is currently licensed to sell property in the state in which the property is located.
