BidSelect Announces Enhanced Website and New Marketing Option for Brokers and Agents

Dallas, Texas: Since its launch in 2004, BidSelect, a First Preston HT Company, has received over one million offers, resulting in the sale of over 200,000 properties throughout the United States on behalf of financial and institutional clients. For the first time ever, this powerful mareting and offer management platform is available to individual real estate professionals. It is the perfect addition to high impact marketing strategies. BidSelect, a ListHub National Affiliate Partner, allows brokers and agents to present resale, short sale, foreclosure, rental and new construction properties to an active network of 350,000 registered buyers, growing at a rate of 3,000 per month.

Registration as a Buyer’s Agent is free. Buyer’s Agents can source available properties for their clients with complete property details, and receive the option of submitting an electronic offer for their Buyer and negotiating online real time. 02/27/2012 – First Preston HT will perform an upgrade to the BidSelect system this week and it requires a period of downtime from 3:00am until 6:00am CST on Thursday, March 1 and will affect all systems including BidSelect, HomeTelosFirst and HomeTracker. This upgrade will significantly improve marketing and sales referrals for all clients utilizing BidSelect for marketing and electronic offer management.
