As a matter of fact, First Preston helped launch HomeTelos in 2001, 10 years ago.  First Preston served as their biggest customer and proponent for creating the cutting edge asset management platforms and the products that you use today, like BidSelect®, HomeTracker®, LenderCenter® and HomeTelosFIRST®.  HomeTelos and First Preston along with our dynamic products and services have combined under the new company brand, First Preston HT.

FirstPreston.com and HomeTelos.com will combine to form one site, FirstPrestonHT.com. The other sites like BidSelect.com and HomeTelosFIRST will be updated to include our new company colors and logos. That said, please know the user experience will remain unchanged as the speed, accuracy and ease of use of our sites is still our number one priority.

Your contract will remain in effect as it is now.

An example of "intelligent technology" is BidSelect's® capability to auto-populate offer fields, allowing you to get your bids in faster and more accurately.  Another example is the functionality of HomeTelosFIRST that allows you to drop in your offer information to pre-populate the sales contract.  The electronic scorecards we use to measure the performance of our vendors are yet another example of the intelligent technology we've developed. We're never satisfied, so we're always looking to improve the functionality and experience.

Continue to use the rider signs that you currently use for BidSelect and HomeTelosFIRST - just don't order a large quantity of them now as we are updating the graphics and colors and will soon have new signs for you to use.  We'll send ordering information on the new signs to you soon.
